I am an amateur writer and blogger. Writing serves as a creative outlet for me where I hope to inspire, encourage & give hope to others by sharing real- life experiences of issues I face.

I am a Mom, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Dog – Mom, Mommy Uber driver, budgeter, low carb lover, cook, cleaner, sparking water drinker. I also work full time Nurse Case Manager.

In 2016, after being a single mom for almost 13 years, I married my husband Jeff. You can read our love story here. We are a blended family and our children are Jarrett and Makayla.

Home is Texas. We live in the Dallas area, where my husband was born & raised. However I have only been in DFW for 10 years. I was raised 500 miles South of Dallas (still in Texas!) in an area known as the Rio Grande Valley, along the Texas-Mexico border, four hours south of San Antonio.
